The fish was prepared and then hot smoked in a trusty oak barrel within hours of being caught to be on the menu the next morning.  Served with a K94 salad and chilli mayonnaise we hope that you'll thoroughly enjoy the experience as much as we have providing it.

Please consider trying one of our regional light beers to go with the meal for a full summertime experience.
