“The centre of Hull’s cultural energy, a sort of entrepreneurial micro-version of the Southbank Centre in London, and the most positive recent sign that the city can create and prosper” – Rowan Moore, The Observer, Feb 2016.
Kardomah94 is the transformation of city centre space to celebrate the region's cultural endeavours - past, present and future. We combine a restaurant, bar and exhibition space with a quirky and intimate venue for memorable visits. All of the City Centre attractions are on our doorstep with convenient public transport, taxi ranks and private parking, free during evenings.
Food & Drink
We’re about real food – well thought out, freshly prepared, made with our own fair hands and appreciated by our ever-growing clientele.
We've an extensive menu of creative pizza variations, platters and puds - a menu that we refresh regularly with seasonal specials and one-offs, reflecting customer requests. There's lunchtime lighter bites too and sharing platters to enjoy.
Many enjoy a special coffee, sample our tea range and treats as a pick me up or just a break from the outside world. We're a bar too with an extensive wine list, spirits and bottled beers to enjoy at your leisure in welcoming and attractive surroundings.
Every month we host a jam-packed programme of events, providing a platform for regional talent and welcoming internationally renowned acts. We host theatre, film, photography, spoken word and music festivals and manage to fit in private parties, presentations, exhibitions, and new entertainment alongside our own regular and one-night events. With a brilliant sound system and attention to technical and practical detail we provide memorable nights of regional talent - making the cultural cake bigger for all to enjoy.
Please see our events page to check what's on - or just pop in to see us and browse the posters or see the K94 BIG SCREEN after dark.
